Description:
This training group also includes Senior aged athletes at this time and focuses on Sprints, Hurdles, Jumps and Throws, training together in overlapped training sessions up to 6 times per week from September to August. Weight training is an important part of the training in this group plus Specific Skill, Speed and Speed Endurance training.
