The 2009 Elwood Wylie meet results are available.  The weekend saw a number of JD athletes attending along with a few athletes from Ron Parker's Power/Speed group.   A somewhat windy weekend made conditions tough to achieve personal bests, however despite this many athletes continued to improve their performances, and some tried new events for the first time in competition.

Thanks to all the parents who helped with High Jump and Discus this weekend.  The workload was heavy but we somehow managed!  Special thanks to JJ Kavelaars and Laura Kaiser for doing extra shifts at Discus.

The VIAA Pentathlon and Weight Pentathlon on Sunday June 7, 2009 at the Parklands track.

The VIAA Garriock meet June 13/14, 2009, in Duncan at the Cowichan Sportsplex track.
